We’re a small, global crew from Canada, South Africa, and India, each wearing too many hats — and way too many Chiefs.

Pawan leads HotKup with a clear mission: to eliminate the operational mess that holds SMBs back. As Chief Problem Owner, he’s focused on delivering tools that are easy to use, quick to set up, and self-configurable — no consultants needed. Outside of work, he insists he’s an avid hiker and a shampoo connoisseur. We don’t ask questions.

With a background in facilities management and manufacturing, Nadine brings the real-world grit of SMB operations into everything she does at HotKup. She’s the go-to for getting things done — with precision, care, and just the right amount of hustle. Her deep operational know-how helps ensure HotKup stays practical, grounded, and always user-focused. Outside of work, Nadine is a passionate singer. Her daughter, however, might describe it differently.

Clint has spent his entire career helping SMBs untangle IT chaos and make tech actually work for business. At HotKup, he guides the product road map with a grounded understanding of what small businesses really need — and makes sure we’re building what matters. Officially, no one’s quite sure what his title means. Unofficially, he’s the guy who always figures it out. Also: deeply committed shampoo connoisseur.

Vignesh has been building software since he was a kid — some of his earliest programs were written before most people figured out their email. He’s the technical brain behind HotKup, having written the first line of code and still personally pushing updates today. He considers himself a socialite. Society, however, has filed a polite disagreement.
